Hajiya Yawoji Ahmad Bala (Zinariyar Pindiga), was born in 1972 in Pindiga town, Akko L.G.A, Gombe State. She began her primary education at Pindiga Central Primary School 1978–1983, WTC Bajoga from 1983 -1988. She later pursued a Diploma in Hausa Education from Abubakar Tatari Ali Polytechnic Bauchi and earned a Bachelor's degree in Administration and Planning from the University of Jos in the year 1999–2003
Her career started as a grade II classroom teacher, she taught at all various levels of education from Nursery, primary, junior secondary,day and boarding schools. She eventually became a principal in both day and boarding schools in Gombe state .She also served as Deputy Director School Services II in the Ministry of Education and later become a Director of Higher Education in the Ministry of Higher Education, Gombe State. Presently, she is holding the position of Board Secretary at the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB). She is happily married with six children. Contacts:

Talent Harvest Academy Gombe was established in 2017 with an initial enrollment of 31 pupils, 3 teachers, and 2 NYSC corps members. The school began with Nursery 1–2 and Primary 1–3 classes. Today, it has grown to accommodate about 1,000 students/pupils with 58 academic staff and 20 non-academic staff.
The school boasts well-ventilated classrooms, laboratories,library, computer center, assembly hall, restrooms, school shop, playground, and a school garden. These facilities are designed to provide a conducive environment for effective teaching and learning.
